If you don't know your password, you can reset it by using the "Forgot your password?" option in either Sonar App or Web. 

1. Click on Forgot your password?

2. You will get a new screen to enter your email. Enter the email address associated with your Sonar account and click Send verification code. 

3. Open your email and find the email called Munters account email verification code.

4. Enter the code from your email into the Verification Code box and then click on Verify Code. 

5. You will get a confirmation screen that your email has been verified. Click Continue. 

6. Enter your new password, confirm it, and click on Continue.

7. You are done! You can now log into Sonar with your new password.
