Alert Improvements

In order to ensure that alerts do not bombard users with notifications, we have added two features to group these notifications: 

  • Previously, users received a notification for each sensor when it went offline. We have now grouped these offline alerts by house, so a user will only get one push notification per house. When a user clicks on the notification, they are still able to see which sensors are offline and when the last reading was.

  • Previously when the temperature when below the minimum or above the maximum threshold, users would receive a notification for each sensor. These alerts have now been grouped into one alert per house. When the user clicks on the alert, it will show which sensors went outside the threshold.

New Dashboard in Sonar Web Analytics

We have replaced the Growout > Active Flock Comparison dashboard in Sonar Web Analytics with a new and improved version. This new dashboard is built using Power BI, allowing users to slice and dice the data to provide the insights needed. Users can select the Age In Weeks in the top right corner to compare flocks of similar ages and their performance.

Other Improvements

  • We added logic to handle water sensors that send 0's at the end of the day for Trio devices. 
  • We have updated the Protein/Amino download logic for customers who require the Feed Type on Field Transactions. The logic will look for the feed type on the last feed delivery to the house and use that on the field transaction. If a house does not have a feed delivery, it will look to the flock level feed deliveries and use the feed type from the last transaction. If the flock does not have any, then it will use the first Feed Type in the Feed Type master table. This change does not require an update to Protein.

Bug Fixes

  • Updated the weight calculation to calculate weights for previous days when a flock placement transaction is entered late.
  • Resolved an issue on the Protein/Amino Field Transaction download where depletion was not separated. The data now gets separated properly into Mortality and Culls. This change does not require an update to Protein.
  • Fixed an issue with the Skov integration where data was showing in the graphs, but not in the current values.
  • Resolved a bug in the Bird Weight Audit screen where the recent records were not showing.
